OCTOBER 2025
Digital Omonia!

OMONIA TRANS continues its dynamic journey toward full digitalization. New software, modern tools, and automated processes are transforming our daily operations, reducing paperwork while boosting speed, accuracy, and transparency in every transport.

With a paperless attitude, every collaboration becomes simpler… and greener! Our clients and partners now enjoy instant access to shipment statuses, can retrieve delivery documents, and receive real-time updates, all with just one click.

Finally, our new digital unloading system using barcodes ensures even greater precision in deliveries. Each shipment is identified and unloaded quickly and safely, reinforcing the reliability that defines OMONIA TRANS every step of the way.

OMONIA TRANS. Digital… yet always human!
OMONIA TRANS & Alma Zois: Together, once again.

True to its annual commitment, OMONIA TRANS continues to support the Alma Zois Association, actively participating in the Pink Ribbon Campaign against breast cancer. As part of this initiative, we made a donation to secure the iconic pink ribbons that will be shared with our staff.

On World Breast Cancer Awareness Day (October 25), the entire OMONIA TRANS team will proudly wear their pink ribbons, spreading a message of awareness, prevention, and solidarity with every woman fighting for her life.

For us, corporate social responsibility is not just an act, but a way of life. With consistency and compassion, we stand beside the people and organizations that make a difference, like Alma Zois. Together, we carry hope, strength, and life forward!
Regulatory Framework for AΙ – Europe Leads the Way

The countries of the European Union become the first in the world to establish a regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence, following the adoption of the AI Act by the Council of Europe. The new legislation is based on a risk-based approach: the higher the potential harm to society, the stricter the rules.

The Act governs the use of AI systems within the EU, banning practices such as social scoring and predictive policing, while introducing fines for violations. It also establishes an AI Office and AI Board to oversee the consistent application of the rules.

With this groundbreaking step, the European Union is not merely regulating Artificial Intelligence. Ιt is paving the way for a future where innovation serves humanity, guided by trust, transparency, and responsibility. And we stand firmly by its side.
