At OMONIA TRANS, we continuously invest in infrastructure that enhances
efficiency and supports the daily operation of our fleet. In this context, we created a modern privately owned parking and rest area for our drivers, offering improved conditions of safety and organization.
At the same time, we introduced a direct communication system with our crews. Through this upgraded coordination, our office remains in constant contact with
drivers, responds immediately to any need that arises, and ensures fast solutions without delays.
Finally, we placed special emphasis on modernizing our warehouse and logistics
procedures, with upgraded loading and unloading records, provision of protective clothing and footwear for staff, the purchase of a new forklift, the addition of a new loading ramp, the installation of a mezzanine level to increase available picking space, as well as an automatic unloading roller conveyor system.

That is why this year, once again, we proudly supported the Municipality of
Lykovrysi–Pefki’s Celebration of Love, organized on the occasion of Easter Sunday. It was a wonderful initiative that brought the local community together, reflected the spirit of the season, and spread a message of generosity and optimism.
At the same time, we supported the transportation of Packages of Love containing food supplies for Easter to vulnerable families, in cooperation with the Chatzigakis Foundation. Through our expertise and the capabilities of our network, we helped ensure that this support reached recipients safely and on time.

In recent months, we have witnessed positive developments at both European and national level. The proposed reform of the European Union Customs Code aims to reduce bureaucracy, accelerate procedures, and strengthen cross-border cooperation
through digital tools and better coordination among member states.
At the same time, Greece is moving forward with its new National Customs Code, with a strong focus on full digitalization of procedures, electronic document circulation, and greater transparency. These changes are expected to reduce
processing time and provide faster service to businesses active in imports and exports.
Particular importance is also placed on the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) certification, which OMONIA TRANS holds, reaffirming its reliability and consistency in the fields of logistics and international trade. The benefits of this certification include fewer customs inspections, priority treatment in procedures, reduced delays, and a substantial enhancement of competitiveness.
